Meet Patch
While the older Boolings drift quietly through woodland paths, Patch has other ideas. He’s small, he’s curious, and sitting still simply isn’t something he’s ever managed to master. His favourite place in the whole wide world is the pumpkin patch, which is, naturally, exactly where he got his name.
To Patch, a pumpkin patch isn’t just a field. It’s a playground. The pumpkins are his climbing frames. The tangled vines are his balance beams. The soft, fallen leaves are his landing spots when things go, as they often do, slightly sideways. He scrambles up the tallest pumpkin he can find, wobbles dramatically at the very top, and throws his tiny arms wide like he’s just conquered a mountain. Then tumbles down in a fit of silent, ghostly giggles. And does it all over again.

Every Booling is lovingly handmade and brought to life especially for you. As each piece is made to order, no two are ever exactly the same tiny variations are part of their unique personality and charm.
Because your Booling is created just for you, made-to-order items are non returnable and non refundable for change of mind. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes personalised and made-to-order goods from the standard 14-day cancellation period.
If your Booling arrives damaged or faulty (which we sincerely hope never happens), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We’ll always work with you to make things right.
By placing your order, you agree to these terms and understand that your Booling is being specially created just for you. ✨
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Each Booling is handmade to order, so please allow up to 7 working days for your Pipkin (or chosen Booling) to be carefully created before dispatch. During busy seasonal periods, production times may be slightly longer we’ll always keep you updated if this is the case.
Once ready, your order will be securely packaged and shipped via Royal Mail tracked. You will receive confirmation once your Booling has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and item so we can assist you promptly.
