Because our items are made to order we do not accept returns for change of mind. This includes (but is not limited to):

• • The item not meeting personal expectations
• • Belief that the item is “not worth the price”
• • Deciding you no longer want the item

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, made-to-order items are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.
