Meet The Party Boolings
At first glance, they look just like tiny cupcakes. Look a little closer, and you’ll find two of the most charming little personalities in the entire Boolings family.
Sprinkles has a soft pastel pink base and colourful sprinkles scattered across her head like confetti, because confetti is, in her opinion, always appropriate. She’s bubbly, full of energy, and absolutely lives for a good celebration. If there are balloons, music, or cake nearby, Sprinkles will already be there, dancing before anyone else has even arrived. She doesn’t wait for the party to come to her. She is the party.
Cocoa, on the other hand, is a rich chocolate brown cupcake Booling with bright sprinkles on top and warmth in everything he does. Every Booling is lovingly handmade and brought to life especially for you. As each piece is made to order, no two are ever exactly the same tiny variations are part of their unique personality and charm.
Because your Booling is created just for you, made-to-order items are non returnable and non refundable for change of mind. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes personalised and made-to-order goods from the standard 14-day cancellation period.
If your Booling arrives damaged or faulty (which we sincerely hope never happens), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We’ll always work with you to make things right.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Each Booling is handmade to order, so please allow up to 7 working days for your Pipkin (or chosen Booling) to be carefully created before dispatch. During busy seasonal periods, production times may be slightly longer we’ll always keep you updated if this is the case.
Once ready, your order will be securely packaged and shipped via Royal Mail tracked. You will receive confirmation once your Booling has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and item so we can assist you promptly.
