Every Booling is lovingly handmade and brought to life especially for you. As each piece is made to order, no two are ever exactly the same tiny variations are part of their unique personality and charm.
Because your Booling is created just for you, made-to-order items are non returnable and non refundable for change of mind. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes personalised and made-to-order goods from the standard 14-day cancellation period.
If your Booling arrives damaged or faulty (which we sincerely hope never happens), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We’ll always work with you to make things right.

Once ready, your order will be securely packaged and shipped via Royal Mail tracked. You will receive confirmation once your Booling has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.
