These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Astra Designs UK.
References to “we”, “us”, and “our” relate to Astra Designs UK.

2. Products & Made-to-Order Items

All items sold on this website are made to order. Each product is created specifically once an order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or personal preference.

This is compliant with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt made-to-order goods from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

3. Order Processing & Turnaround Times

Our current production times are:
• Most items: 5–7 working days
• Leggings: 10–14 working days
These times do not include shipping. Turnaround times are estimates and may increase during busy periods, launches, or events. We will notify you if delays occur.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full at checkout. Orders will not enter production until payment has cleared.

5. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Once dispatched, delivery responsibility passes to the courier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if your item is faulty or not as described.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, including:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographic evidence
Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

7. Colour Variations & Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately display product details and colours. Due to screen settings, lighting, or fabric batches, slight colour variations may occur and are not considered faults.

8. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please check all order details carefully before completing checkout.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and website content are the property of Astra Designs UK and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
