This dress is made to order so please allow 14 days from date of purchase for delivery. We do this to avoid mass producing and causing fast fashion wastage.

Change of Mind / Personal Preference
Because our items are made to order we do not accept returns for change of mind. This includes (but is not limited to):
- The item being smaller or larger than expected
- The item not meeting personal expectations
- Belief that the item is “not worth the price”
- Deciding you no longer want the item
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, made-to-order items are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.
